Team Zoodak

Zoodak was originally founded as Average Joes Investing, LLC (AJI). It was organized as a Michigan company in April 2008. In November 2008, AJI was incorporated and in December 2008 it was established in California as an e-business that operates under the assumed name of Zoodak. Zoodak is headquartered in San Ramon, California.

Jinsoo Park

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Jinsoo is Chief Executive Officer of Zoodak. Jinsoo has over 8 years of experience in financial services. Prior to Zoodak, Jinsoo was a Finance Director at Irwin Financial and Risk Manager at Morgan Stanley. Jinsoo holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University, and is also a CFA Charter-Holder and an active member of CFA Society of San Francisco.

Adrian Peña

Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer

Adrian manages all aspects of the consumer experience, leveraging the company's robust content partnerships and distribution networks to increase user acquisition and retention. Adrian Peña has over 10 years of financial services experience. He held management positions in Marketing, Capital Markets and Finance at Irwin Home Equity. Adrian holds a BS in Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara. He is also a board member of the Diablo Valley Montessori School where he chairs the Marketing Committee.

Jinhee Lee

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Jinhee is responsible for overall technology operations and strategy, as well as the company's product roadmap. Jinhee brings over 10 years of software engineering experience to Zoodak. He previously worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle USA and was an IT consultant at Accenture. He holds a MS in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Computer Science from Seoul National University

Mingeun Kim

Chief Software Engineer

Mingeun Kim has over 10 years in software engineering experience with previous posts held at Neowiz and Arcadia Entertainment. He earned a MS degree in Multimedia Data Communication and a BS in Computer Engineering from Seoul National University

Dan Vu

Senior Software Engineer

Dan Vu has over 6 years of software engineering experience with previous posts held at Bill.com and Provost Systems. He earned a MS degree in Computer Science from Northwestern Polytechnic University and a BS in Computer Science form UC Berkeley.

Board Advisors

David Riemer

David Riemer is one of the leading marketers in the Internet industry. He spent the last decade developing and bringing great products to web users worldwide. Following his career as an ad agency President, David brought his strategic and marketing leadership to two start-ups and an internet titan, Yahoo!. David is now advising emerging Internet and consumer technology companies. He specializes in helping businesses clarify their product strategy, go-to-market approach and business model. David also started a new production company (Spiral Staircase) to create theatrical projects and serves as Executive-in-Residence at Haas Business School (UC Berkeley). David earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University, and an MBA from Columbia University.

Vicki Young

Vicki Young is recognized as a High-Tech innovative leader. She has a passion for early stage startups and innovation. Vicki is currently the President of CINA (Chinese Information & Networking Association). CINA has over 14,000 members in the US. Vicki has many years of experience in the IT industry with a track record of successfully taking early stage companies to multi-million dollar enterprises. She has also won numerous awards for being a significant contributor to those companies.
