ZooPoint is a reward currency redeemable only on the Zoodak™ site (www.zoodak.com).
ZooPoints are not transferable, convertible or refundable.
ZooPoints have no monetary value.
Users can earn ZooPoints through special promotions and various activities on www.zoodak.com,
including but not limited to following: posting positive returns on their portfolios;
making correct stock predictions; signing on Zoodak™; referring qualifying friends to Zoodak™;
making monetary deposits into Zoodak™ accoutns; and buying cash portfolios.
Users will receive a specified number of ZooPoints upon successful completion of each qualified event or promotional
program. ZooPoints may take up to six hours to be credited to an account.
Zoodak™ reserves the right to change or end a promotional offer and its criteria at any time prior to the expiration date without prior notice.
Users can only spend as many points as they have in their account,
and can continue to earn more points.

Users who achieve a positive return on their portfolios will earn ZooPoints.
The number of ZooPoints awarded is based on each portfolio’s
total return and will be calculated at the end of the portfolio’s trading period as follows:

In cash tournaments, if Ending Portfolio Value > $100,000 and Portfolio in Cash Tournament
then ZooPoints = 5 * (Ending Portfolio Value – $100,000) / 100

In practice tournaments, if Ending Portfolio Value > $100,000 and
Portfolio in Practice Tournament then ZooPoints = 2 * (Ending Portfolio Value – $100,000) / 100

In any tournament, if Ending Portfolio Value ≤ $100,000 then ZooPoints = 0

- Referral
ZooTraders will earn 100 ZooPoints for each valid referral
who completes the Zoodak™ registration process. The referred user must join Zoodak™
either by clicking on the referral link code or by entering it manually.
New registrants who do not click on the right URL or correctly type
it into their web browser cannot be tracked,
thereby preventing the referring ZooTrader from receiving credit.
Users must provide valid email addresses of each referral so
that we can send them a one-time-only invitation on behalf of the user to join Zoodak.™
We are committed to ensuring that all referral information is securely protected.
Furthermore, Zoodak™ reserves the right to screen all referrals for evidence of fraud.
At our sole discretion, if we determine a referral is fraudulent,

- Buying ZooPoints
When a user makes a payment to buy ZooPoints and after the payment is processed, the user will earn bonus ZooPoints.
All users who make a payment of at least $40 in a single transaction will earn bonus ZooPoints.
- The Account payment limits for a single transaction are:

- Users will earn bonus ZooPoints in proportion to their payment as follows:
- A $200 payment earns 2,000 bonus ZooPoints
- A $100 payment earns get you 1,000 bonus ZooPoints
